What do you enjoy about working at YGT?
Every day has a new challenge, there's never a dull moment! I enjoy interacting with all the different departments within the firm, and having been at YGT for over 10 years I particularly enjoy passing on my knowledge of the industry to enthusiastic new starters.

What attracted you to working here?
Working alongside a team of young and ambitious colleagues, with the chance to travel around the world checking out golf courses - surely any golfers dream job!

How would you describe the culture at YGT?
Very much work hard/play hard. Everyone puts their shift in during office hours, but there's fantastic camaraderie amongst staff with all the sporting fixtures, golf fam trips and social events that get organised.   

Favourite YGT golf course and why?
Quinta do Lago South Course, Portugal - fantastic tree lined layout, course always in glorious condition with immaculate service levels, and topped off by the fact it's always sunny in Portugal!

Pet peeve/interesting fact?
Interesting fact: I'm currently taking part in a press-up challenge, where you increase by 1 every day of the calendar year. Starting with 1 on 1st January, and finishing with 365 on 31st December. Total press-ups in the year = 66795!

Pet peeve: Getting stuck behind people who walk slowly in tube and train stations.
